You must hold a current and valid driving licence (either a UK licence or a European
Community/European Economic Area (EC/EEA) license, but if the latter you must hold a
valid driving license counterpart for non-GB license holders (DVLA D9 form)) for at least 12 months.

You must not have more than 6 penalty points (endorsements) on your driving license;

You haven’t committed more than 3 driving related offences of any kind in the last 4 years;

You do not currently have penalty points (endorsements) on your driving licence in relation
to Offence Codes CD 10, CD40, CD50, CD60, CD70, CD80 or CD90;

You do not currently have penalty points (endorsements) on your driving licence in relation
to Offence Codes DD40, DD60, DD80, DD90

You do not currently have penalty points (endorsements) on your driving license in relation
to Offence Codes DG10, DG40, DG60, DG80;

You do not currently have penalty points (endorsements) on your driving licence in relation
to Offence Codes DR10, DR20, DR30, DR40, DR50, DR60, DR70, DR80, DR90;

You do not currently have penalty points (endorsements) on your driving license in relation
to Offence Codes IN10, MS50, TT99 or UT50;
and you are not currently disqualified from driving (this includes having your license suspended); and
do not have any unspent convictions on your criminal record (driving related or other).

You need to be in possession of one of the following vehicles.

LWB VAN (L3H2)
XLWB VAN (L4H2)
LUTON

It is essential to maintain Hire and Reward insurance at all times, alongside valid Goods in Transit coverage worth £50,000 and a public liability policy of £5 million.

We work closely with a number of rental and leasing companies that can hire you a vehicle at market low prices. 
Vehicle rental starts from £240+vat from most of the suppliers we use.

Pros:

• Flexible, self-managed work schedule.

• Structured routes and support from depot teams.

• Potential for good earnings—particularly if VAT-registered and efficient.

Cons (from general courier driver experiences):

• Expenses: Fuel, insurance, vehicle rent paid upfront before invoices are due.
  Instead HRC will help you with securing a rental vehicle and fuel card applications with leading fuel card providers.

• We dont operate pay per parcel which can be unpredictable, and rates vary widely depending on parcel type, location, and contracts—
  instead HRC pays a day rate to ensure you are earning a good rate when delivering for HRC. The volume is high or low doesn’t matter you are guaranteed the day rate.
